Just Champion Enterprise was founded in 1987. With Japan, who has the most rigorous requirement for quality, as its target market since the initial stage, Just Champion has forged a corner stone of solid operation out of the quality concept of “being meticulous”.
As a result of all employees’ efforts in improvement as well as the booming trend of “healthy, delicious and delicate” Japanese foods, the company’s products expand from the single item of prepared eel to three big series covering over 50 items including those grilled, fillets and sashimi for Sushi’s. And the export markets develop from Japan to areas around the world like US, Canada, Australia, Korea, Russia, Spain, Netherland and Germany.
Just Champion has ceaselessly served the consumers in the business concept of “high quality and reasonable prices” and is recognized by consumers all over the world. As we would like the opportunity of enjoying quality foods shared equally by people in Taiwan and in other advanced nations, we are active in Taiwan’s domestic market as well to offer Just Champion products that are “carefree to consume and healthy” to people in Taiwan.

“High quality means low cost” has been the faith in quality kept by all the Company’s employees since it was founded. While insisting in using only the quality fish stock from Taiwan’s aqua-farms with excellent farming techniques as raw material, Just Champion also fueled massive fund to set up factories in Taiwan and foster outstanding employees to maintain the production quality. Rigorous inspection is carried out in each and every step from production to shipment to ensure of the product safety exemplifying “our attentiveness makes customers more assured”.
Besides the series of rigorous inspections, Just Champion introduced, in 2000, as the first in the industry, the “batch management” in which continuous strict controls are given to every stage from raw material to finished product. Just Champion makes the “pursuit of the highest quality” the firmest foundation for springing up to international market, which further wins global recognition and commend for the Company. Furthermore, since 2008 in cooperation with the Council of Agriculture, Just Champion introduced the management of “product resume” to upgrade its own quality system.

為了追求最高品質，佳辰率先引進無塵室加工與管理作業，優質的三大系列產品，燒烤產品每月生產可達500 噸以上，魚片加工每月產可達300 噸，專供握壽司與生魚片用的高級切片產品，每月可生產500萬片以上。
In order of highest quality, Just Champion pioneered in introducing clean-room process and managements in which the three major series of top-quality products amount to over 500 ton of grilled products every month, 300 ton of processed fish fillets, and 5 million pieces of premium sliced products exclusively for Sushi and Sashimi.
